After many years of research and experience in Health & Nutrition,
I realized that something was still missing!
Most of us know that processed food, toxins, and a lack of movement are fatal for our experience of health, well-being, and longevity. Never before have our air and water been so polluted and our food depleted of nutrients. Now add the increasing stress on all levels in our busy everyday lives - it's the perfect cocktail for disease.

We all have very good reasons for living the way we are, healthy or not!
Our lifestyle and health are based on a whole bunch of habits that have served us well, usually over many years.
The way we think and feel about ourselves and our capability to change is deeply rooted in our minds, based on our experiences and perspectives. Literally, in the way our neurons are wired!
So where do we start? And why is it so hard to change lifestyle habits?
I find the real challenge so many of us are experiencing to be a lack of a Health Mindset, and not knowing how to "self-regulate" and "self-nourish".
To create a positive change, we must identify and address the stressors that affect the 3 levels of our being - physical, psychological, and biochemically.
I have a holistic approach to health that takes into account the unique needs and lifestyles of my clients.
I guide and support, especially women and parents in creating a new, healthy foundation, naturally and without deprivation.
A foundation that will strengthen your relationship with not only food, body, and mind, but also provide you with the necessary tools for creating your overall health and wellbeing.
Imagine a new generation of health-conscious children, raised by health-conscious parents......
Children who will grow up, are capable of both choosing and creating healthy meals, moving their bodies, and creating a life worth living, based on a great sense of purpose.
I have created the 'Raising Healthy Eaters' program to empower parents to take charge of both their own and their family's health and well-being.
The 16-week program is based on what I wish I had known when I became a mom to a child with health challenges 11-12 years ago.
Everything I thought I knew was far from enough for me to self-nourish, and be a healthy role model - least of all to raise a healthy child.
